You’ll collaborate across departments and with external vendors, ensuring our systems are scalable, robust, and aligned with business goals. This role will offer the opportunity to work in cutting edge technology as well as travel throughout Europe, contributing to projects that directly impact our vital operations.Main responsabilities:Implement, and maintaining infrastructure across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Cisco Meraki.Support the physical and technical aspects of our networks, built on a common, scalable technology.Collaborate with third-party vendors to solve problems and improve our platform.Engage with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Provide technical support to other IT teams and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.Share knowledge to support skill development across the IT function.Minimum requirementsProven knowledge in cloud infrastructure, networking, and application support.Hands-on experience within areas of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure and Cisco Meraki.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.English fluency at a business level.Willingness to travel across Europe.Requirements to be assessed:Certifications in Microsoft, Cloud, or Networking technologies.Experience with ITIL Service Management principles.A proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.Ability to work independently and handle infrastructure projects with minimal supervision.🌍LocationAlicante, Spain or Salemas, Portugal.🚀Why Avincis?With decades of experience, Avincis is at the forefront of aerial emergency services.
