As part of our engineering team, you will contribute to strategic cloud initiatives, establishing best practices for infrastructure management, deployment, and maintenance. You will play a key role in supporting cross-functional teams by providing thought leadership, mentorship, and guidance on cloud technologies to enhance our organization's cloud competencies.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Solution Development: Work with lead architects to design, develop, and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions on Azure and Google Cloud, focusing on advanced analytics, data processing, and computational workloads.Software Development Lifecycle Participation: Engage in all stages of the software development lifecycle for cloud-based solutions, from planning and requirements gathering through development, testing, and quality assurance.Incident Management: Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, document solutions, and implement preventive measures.Cross-functional Training and Mentorship: Educate teams on cloud initiatives and provide training to enhance cloud competencies across the organization.Proactive Issue Resolution: Demonstrate proactive problem-solving by identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact productivity.QualificationsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Cloud Experience: 3+ years in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on Azure and/or Google Cloud platforms.Cloud Architecture Frameworks: Familiarity with cloud architecture frameworks, such as Azure Well-Architected Framework and Google Cloud Architecture Framework.Technical Proficiency: Expertise in one or more of the following: database architecture, ETL, business intelligence, big data, machine learning, and advanced analytics.Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, including business analysts, developers, data scientists, and other subject-matter experts.Preferred Skills And QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.API and Web Services: Familiarity with web services, REST APIs, and RPC.Certifications: Relevant Azure and/or Google Cloud certifications.Additional InformationAt Fusion, we unite entrepreneurial minds from around the globe to develop and implement game-changing solutions that build lasting relationships with our clients.We value employees who challenge the status quo through innovation, adapt to diverse client needs in ever-changing environments, and commit to continuous learning—for themselves and their colleagues.Why Fusion?
