How your day will look like ️ Provide 1st and work with 2nd level support to small and medium-sized enterprise customers primarily through ServiceNow and remote maintenance; phone and e-mail communication are used only occasionally.
Collaboration with third party providers Analyse, solve and document user problems Create documentation and checklists, and maintain the Knowledge Database Administer access rights Perform administrative tasks and keep internal processes updated Your profile ️ Support experience and ideally knowledge of the Microsoft environment Experience with Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Intune Proficiency with Windows Server and Microsoft 365 A curious mindset and a passion for technology The ability to work independently, customer-oriented thinking, and high-quality standards Native or fluent level of German (at least B2/C1), good level of English If your experience looks a little different from what we’ve identified and you think you can add value to our crew, we’d love to learn more about you.
