COE LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT HR SPECIALIST (M/F/D)

Our vision for the company's 100th anniversary in 2025 is to make DEKRA the global partner for a safer world.Your roleWe are looking for an experienced CoE Learning & Development HR Specialist (m/f/d) who plays a critical role in designing and delivering innovative and impactful learning solutions and processes for over 52,000 colleagues in over 60 countries. Our team is responsible for developing the global strategy of learning & development and for setting standards with regards to L&D across DEKRA.The main activies of the CoE Learning & Development HR Specialist (m/f/d) are:Collaborate closely with local, regional, and global HR stakeholders and leaders to determine, evaluate and steer business L&D requirements.Support and steer the conceptualization, draft, dissemination, and execution of global processes, L&D policies, guidelines and projects.Manage L&D projects or initiatives and offer operational guidance to local, regional, and global customers.Develop tools, templates, and communications tailored to specific programs.Ensure project or initiative reporting and result visualization under given methodologies.Support the design and development of global CoE L&D strategy, philosophy, and methodology.Ensure alignment of CoE L&D strategy with organizational objectives.Aid HR Advisors and HR Business Partners in crafting global HR programs, policies, and procedures, incorporating regional aspects where necessary.Drive continuous improvement and consistency across CoE L&D sub-programs.Provide technical support of our L&D applications in close cooperation with our GIIT team (e.g. Global LMS, elephant, etc)Assist in analysis and implementation activities such as benchmarks.Corporate Benefits and Other Information:Summer and Christmas intensive workday, as well as every Friday throughout the year.Working hours: Monday to Friday with flexible entry hours.Possibility to participate in the company's corporate benefits: Private health insurance, restaurant vouchers, opportunity to teach English classes...Discounts on major brands: Textiles, consumer goods, leisure, electronics, travel agencies...Ongoing and specialized training provided by the organization.Position located in Madrid.Contract: Permanent.Remote work: Possibility of telecommuting through a hybrid system after a successful trial period.Required qualifications and competencies:More than 3 years of experience in the L&D field in a global function.Learning & Curiosity Mindset.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills.Capacity to grasp, understand and visualize complex situations and contexts.Fluency in English, German would be advantageous.Proven ability to work independently, with structured and goal-oriented approaches.Team player with collaborative instincts.Proficiency of LMS and content creation systems.Proficiency in IT tools, particularly MS Office suite.
