COFOUNDER OPPORTUNITY: CCO (NEW PARTNERS, MARKETING, BUSINESS DEV)

We create a vibrant community for remote professionals to connect and thrive through curated co-living and retreats, offering both family accommodations and solo home options.Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and passionate cofounder to help us expand our relationships with accommodation partners and drive our business development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic startup environment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and sales skills.Prior experience in account management, sales, business development or experience in marketing roles, prefereably in a startup environment.Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.Proficient in English; fluency in additional European languages is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Relationship Building:Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential accommodation partners.Conduct regular meetings and calls to understand partner needs and challenges.New Accommodation Partners:Identify and approach new accommodation partners.Negotiate contracts and terms to onboard new properties onto our platform.Cross Functional CollaborationCollaborate with product teams to align offerings with market demands and improve monetization.Operational alignment to ensure delivery of services align with commercial goals.Brand, Content/Growth MarketingDevelop and execute a content strategy.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.Work collaboratively with internal team with rapid-fire testing to identify the most effective and costefficient user acquisition, activation and retention methods.Why Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven startup to transform the way remote workers find accommodations.Opportunity to lead and shape the future of our company.Collaborate with a passionate team and a diverse community of remote professionals.Equity share with vesting schedule, for those looking to join a startup with future ownership of a business.If you are an innovative thinker with a passion for the remote work lifestyle, we would love to hear from you and discuss how to collaborate.
