Your Mission: As our Commercial Business Analyst/Technical Project Manager based in Madrid, Spain, and reporting to the Director, IT Business Partner - Commercial, your role will be pivotal in our progress towards building a best-in-class customer experience. This role will act as a bridge between our various commercial business communities (Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product) and IT organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. They should also prioritize features/requirements backlog based on business strategy, defining the corresponding criteria. Furthermore, this role is expected to consult Enterprise Systems teams and agree on ballpark effort estimates, prioritization, and timelines for overall project delivery. The ideal candidate should possess a hands-on approach and willingness to perform system configuration tasks.Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:Liaise between commercial business communities (Sales, Marketing, Product, Channel) to gather and define business requirements (BRD: Business Requirements Documents).Translate business requirements into functional specifications considering a global perspective.Coordinate with respective enterprise systems team leads for the execution of projects.Lead projects from ideation, business case, to project closure.Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the established timeline and budget.Your Toolkit: Skills That Make a DifferenceEssential for your Success: We understand that everyone has followed unique career paths, gaining valuable knowledge along the way. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field. Expertise in Oracle, Salesforce, Hubspot and Zift One platform functionalities and core capabilities.Excellent understanding of business specifications and ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between different teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.Fluency in English and willingness to travel is required.
