We are committed to our teams and their personal and professional development.We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as Commercial Excellence Manager. Reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, the successful candidate will collaborate extensively with the rest of the Commercial Organization, especially with the Head of Sales and Marketing of each Territory for each Business of the CompanyThe successful candidate will primarily:Help design and drive comprehensive sales force effectiveness plans to enhance the performance of the sales force across the 3 Businesses of the Company, ensuring alignment with the company’s global strategy.Play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting complex data, identifying business trends and providing actionable insights to drive informed decision making across the 3 Businesses of the CompanyKnowledge and Previous Experience:5 + years sales, marketing or other relevant commercial or analytical experience , preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industryProven track record of driving commercial excellence initiatives on a global scale , including sales force optimization, CRM systems and performance analyticsProficiency using CRM systems and other sales related technologiesStrong analytical thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plansExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsProject management skillsSpanish and English speaker, with high proficiencyLETI Pharma promotes the professional and personal development of all collaborators, ensuring equal opportunities in all processes and internal regulations.
