Be present in the beginning & end of trainings to make sure logistics & settings are in place & respond to unforeseen problems Cost management after training.
communicate final participants, manage cross -charge activities Support in the entire bonification process.
understand bonification requirements, connect with different vendors to secure the related data, be in contact with Vivofacil bonification partner to send related data.
Prepare bonification documents for the trainings in a timely manner & do the after-training follow ups related Follow-up on training related bills & provide participants legal entity to the vendors & verify if cost breakdowns by legal entities are correct Be in touch with vendors to guide them through the PO process & provide them the related data for billing Send out survey & measure feedback Translate communications and training materials between English-Spanish Use Outlook and other tools to create communication formats that catch reader’s attention Support in Manager Essentials Spanish deployment.
revise Spanish materials & communications, support with logistics & other related tasks, for example printings, participant validation & post event activities Support in the Learnlight local language program monitoring.
Follow up on enrollment of participants outside of the deadline.
cancellations, new requests & changes Keep updated excel & statistics of these requests.
track emails, put new participants data in the excel, validate eligibility compilation & inform vendor Send alerts to manager in case of no participation Support in & follow up on bonification process & support in reaching bonification criteria’s by following up on enrollments & participants activities during the year Payment & cross charge activities support if needed with OPS team Support T&OD in facilitating virtual deployments Be familiar with Microsoft Teams tool to be able to act as productor.

Mentimeter – be able to create quiz & competition Support in sending out after training materials & documentation & recordings Yearly & ad-hoc projects.
Event management Iberia.
Support in ad-hoc activities related to Iberia due to regional/global visits.

Support in the related communication texts & translations, invitations Support in event management & different activities as per defined needs Coordination with virtual events.
follow up with organizers & participants agenda, surveys & analysis Early Year Talents.
Support in L&D sessions.

Additonal Responsibilities.
Format and send HR Iberia communications including the quarterly newsletter and other non-training related communications Run reports to complete required follow up on T&OD process completion including Objective Setting, Performance Reviews, Talent Assessment etc.
