- William Heinicke (Founder Minor Hotels) Minor Hotels, Business Unit Northern Europe, is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Officer.
In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for co-creating Compensation & Benefits programmes to support process efficiency and performance, and Compensation & Benefits projects on a local and global level.
The different projects range from annual bonus process of job levelling to the implementation of Robotics (AI) in our current online HR tool.
The successful candidate is systems savvy and naturally curious about how systems work, enjoys liaising with internal and external clients, is quality driven, and a self-starter.
This role reports to the Compensation & Benefits Manager of Business Unit Northern Europe and you will be part of a small team of 4 people within the centralised People & Culture department.
This role involves a 40-hour work week at the regional head office of the Business Unit Northern Europe in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.
Tasks & Responsibilities - Responsible for the execution and administration of Global Benefits processes and the implementation of new ones.
- Be a linking pin for our international HR team on data and benefits subject-related matters.
- Prepare several reports related to People data including FTEs, headcounts, salaries, and benefits.
- Prepared to take on ad hoc tasks when needed.
- Conduct research to define benchmarks and keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the field.
- Prepare internal communication about Compensation & Benefits themes.
- Maintain and improve the quality of our data in HR systems.
- Responsible for further development of systems and striving for standardization of administrative processes.
- Development and testing of Compensation & Benefits portals.
