We do so in order to develop more sustainable and technologically advanced vehicles that are also adapted to the new needs and requirements of their passengers.As part of this transformation, Antolin is committed to a sustainable business model that focuses on and creates value for all its stakeholders, including its customers, employees, investors, suppliers, and society as a whole.We are specialists in the development of a wide range of control units that manage the body and comfort functions of the vehicle, offering a complete service in engineering, manufacturing and distribution.Mission:Support within the group to ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements related to Privacy and Compliance, and adherence to industry best practices, through the development of policies and standards, training and awareness of all employees and partners, consultative services, and ongoing monitoring..Responsibilities:Under the supervision of the Chief Compliance Officer(CECO) or the DPO, collaborate and promote the definition, implementation and supervision of the procedures, requirements and standards required to ensure the internal and external regulatory compliance of the Company.Identify business functions and practices that require compliance activities and assist the Compliance Officer & DPO in his mission and functions.Support in monitoring compliance with the law and with the internal policies of the organization including assigning responsibilities, awareness raising and training staff, and communicate proactively with local plants regarding trends and risk mitigation strategiesPrepare and review internal policies that are mainstreamed with the Compliance area, ensuring the implementation of Compliance regulations in the Company.Support and aid in identifying risks and measures / controls to be included in the compliance program, and their subsequent tracking process.Assistance and collaboration in the trainings courses that are carried out in the matter of Compliance.Collaborate in the internal investigations carried out by the Compliance department and support of managing whistleblowing channel.Support in preparing the reporting process to the top management, Board and other organs of the Company.Creation and implementation of a compliance information and documentation system, together with the review of ethics and compliance documentation.Advice and support regarding compliance to the different business units.Support, guide and train the local HR in the implementation of the Antolin Data Privacy Policy, Binding Corporate Rules and other Grupo Antolin guidelines related to data protectionCollaborate in the implementation and performing of Internal Audits processes related to Compliance and Data Protection.Collaborate in the revisión of data protection relevant contract templates and Data Protection AgreementsAssist to provide guidance and actively support local units regarding inspections, audits and Data Privacy incidents.What we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Law and data protection or law master or data protection officer certification (under the DPO-AEPD Certification Scheme).Knowledge of National and European data protection laws and practices, and an a deep understanding of GDPR.Assessment of Risks, analytical capacity of processes and controls.Exceptional communications skills, Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts.High level of EnglishWhat can we offer you:· You will be part of a highly engaged multinational with international career opportunities.· We offer you a learning journey adapted to your profile.· You will work on international projects for world- renowned companies in Automotive sector.· You can find an Open Environment to learn new technologies.Here at Antolin, we are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workplace.
