En Eni estamos buscando un Administrador de Contratos de Construccion dentro de Plenitude Renewables en Madrid, Espana.
Seras responsable de apoyar al equipo de proyecto y asegurar la agilidad y cumplimiento en la gestion de los contratos asociados a cada proyecto.
Coordinar los recursos externos contratados por EPRS para la gestion de los proyectos.

En este contexto, Eni Plenitude Renewable Espana desarrolla, construye y gestiona plantas fotovoltaicas, eolicas y de almacenamiento en baterias por una capacidad de 2 GW para en Espana y Francia.
Como miembro del departamento de contratacion y puesta en marcha de Plenitude Renewables seras responsable de.
Apoyar al Desarrollo y Adquisicion del Proyecto en la fase final de emision del contrato.
Identificar y asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales.
Desarrollar y gestionar el cuadro de mando para el control de todo el marco contractual y las obligaciones pertinentes.
Actuar de forma proactiva y en contacto directo con el director de obra y el equipo del proyecto para el cumplimiento de las obligaciones previstas.
Asegurar el funcionamiento del contrato en cuanto a procesos de pago, ordenes de cambio y modificacion contractual.
Construir y mantener un flujo de comunicacion fluido y correcto con los contratistas.
Participar proactivamente en el seguimiento del proyecto y en la elaboracion de informes periodicos.
Asegurar el correcto cierre del contrato.
Alimentar el proceso de lecciones aprendidas para la mejora continua de los contratos.

Master o licenciatura en ingenieria o similar Experiencia como administrador de contratos Experiencia en el campo de la energia y la construccion Manejo avanzado de MS Office Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas de Project Management Conocimientos avanzados de espanol e ingles a nivel de comunicacion oral y escrita.
Persona responsable, con iniciativa, orientacion a objetivos, capacidad de comunicacion y trabajo en equipo.
Capacidad de sintesis y facilidad para elaborar informes y presentaciones.

As a member of the contraction and commissioning department at Plenitude Renewables you will be responsible for.
Supporting the Project Development and Procurement in the final phase of contract's issuance.
Identify and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Developing and managing the dashboard for the control of the whole contractual framework and relevant obligations.
Acting proactively and in direct contact with the construction manager and the project team for the fulfilment of the obligations foreseen.
Ensuring the operation of the contract in terms of payment processes, exchange orders and contractual amendment.
Building and maintaining a fluid and correct communication's flow with the contractors.
Proactively participating in the follow-up of the project and in the periodic reporting.
Ensuring the correct contract's close-out.
Feeding the process of lessons learned for continuous improvement of contracts.

Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering or similar experience as contract administration Experience in energy and construction field Advanced handling of MS Office Advanced knowledge of Project Management tools Advanced knowledge of Spanish and English at the level of oral and written communication.
