CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN

Trusting Neolith means having a guarantee.We are currently looking for a Construction Technician for our Tradeshow department. Primary Responsibilities:Provide on-site technical support for the assembly and construction of exhibition stands and other related structures. Ensure that construction is executed according to the design specifications and within deadlines.Lead the coordination and execution of all logistics for trade show participation, from registration to setup and teardown. OKUse AutoCAD to design and draft detailed plans for exhibition spaces and construction projects related to fairs and company expansion.Organize the shipment and transportation of products and materials to and from trade shows, guaranteeing timely and cost-efficient deliveries. OKCollaborate with vendors and suppliers to arrange necessary services, equipment, and materials for successful trade show execution.Handle all required documentation related to trade show participation, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to deadlines.Collaborate with various teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations, and Logistics) to ensure smooth execution of fairs and expansion projects.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Technical Architecture or a related field.2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Prior experience in construction and builiding materials.Proficiency in AutoCAD for design and draftingStrong working knowledge of ERP System like SAP for logistics and material management.Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.Proficient written and spoken communication in both English and Spanish.Solid problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make fast, informed decisions.Willingness to travel as required.What We Offer:Full-time, permanent position within a dynamic, innovative global group.
