In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with the founders + marketing team, leveraging your expertise to curate captivating content and drive engagement across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and a knack for storytelling, coupled with a deep understanding of digital trends and analytics.Responsibilities:Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Kind Patches’ objectives and resonates with our target audience across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.Content Creation: Curate and produce engaging content, including posts, videos, stories, and blogs. Identify content gaps and proactively create compelling visuals and narratives that highlight our products and brand values.Photography and Filming: Take initiative in planning and conducting regular photoshoots. Utilize available resources creatively to capture high-quality images and videos that tell our brand story. You should be comfortable behind the camera and possess strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate our message visually.Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the influencer, design, and marketing teams to ensure all content maintains a consistent brand message and visual aesthetic across all social media channels.Trend Monitoring: Stay vigilant in monitoring social media channels for emerging trends, user engagement, and new opportunities. Adapt content strategies in real-time based on audience feedback and engagement metrics.Social Media Content Calendar Management: Manage and update the social media content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and optimizing posting times for maximum reach and engagement.Influencer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates, collaborating on content that amplifies our reach and fosters community engagement.Performance Analysis: Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
