ECOSYSTEM RELATIONS MANAGER
Descripción de la oferta de empleo
We are looking for an Ecosystem Relations Manager, with experience in the field to join a multi-skilled team specialized in open innovation projects in the field of transport, logistics and ports for the relationship with innovation ecosystem stakeholders (startups and entrepreneurs, corporates, accelerators, VCs, research centers, public institutions, event organizers, associations, etc) and the coordination of the communications of open innovation activities. More precisely, the following activities are foreseen:
• Preparation and execution of the Communications Plan for Opentop, establishing targets and KPIs, and ensuring its fulfilment.
• Content management and creation for Opentop social networks, Opentop web site, Press Releases, etc, acting as community and communications manager of Opentop.
• Coordination of the events organized by Opentop, like the Port Entrepreneurship International Congress, Valenciaport Hackathon, etc, leading the agenda, speakers, invitations, location, site layout design, logistics, multimedia systems, etc.
• Participation in third-party-organized events and tradeshows representing Opentop and Fundación Valenciaport, promoting its open innovation initiatives.
• Manage the relationships with the different stakeholders of the innovation ecosystem, with focus on startups, entrepreneurs, VCs and accelerators.
• Support to the open innovation processes, participating in calls for startups, startup selection processes, startup incubation and acceleration, etc.
• Support the team in the internal reporting of Opentop activities.
Requisitos del puesto
• MSc in Public Relations or Journalism are preferred. Other relevant degrees could be considered. MBA will be valuable.
• 2-year experience in the above mentioned activities or related functions.
• Excellent teamwork skills, strategic thinking, willingness and ability to work with no or little supervision. Self-driven initiative and entrepreneurial attitude will be a plus.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Fluent in English (excellent speaking and writing skills). Minimum level C1 or similar.
• Experience and/or knowledge in the field of logistics and transport will be valuable.
• Availability to travel.
