Your role will bring to you the facility to elevate our content to the next visual and written level. We would like to find an easygoing person, with the ability to lead a project that we want to be both impactful and revolutionary internally.What will your responsibilities be?Create visual content for talentsCreate content connections in the different social networksAnalyse what impact they have and try to improve itInnovate in the different areas of Human Capital in order to have a greater internal outreachCreate new internal brand line with our Marketing teamHelp manage organic social mediaYour description:A creative mind eager to create the best content for our internal talent. You have the attitude and excellence to consistently make an impact and brand ambassadors for our brand and can generate top-notch content. You are attentive and curious to learn as the environment is dynamic. In addition, you are committed to personal growth and team development.Achievements:Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or Public Relations2-5 years experience in marketing, digital or content creation; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferredAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and a dynamic environmentAbility to prioritise and with an open mindSoftskills as high communication and influence capacityFluent English and Spanish
