Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy across web, blog, gated content and video, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.
Define and enhance product messaging to effectively communicate our unique value proposition to B2B audiences, differentiating us in the market.
Leverage storytelling to craft compelling content that drives engagement, nurtures leads, and elevates brand awareness.

**Lead Cross-Functional Content Initiatives

Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Performance Marketing teams to align content initiatives with GTM strategies and product launches.
Collaborate with agencies, clients, and subject matter experts to bring innovative content ideas to life.

**Drive Content Distribution & Promotion

Design and execute strategic content distribution plans, leveraging both organic and paid channels to maximize reach and lead generation. Manage content syndication partnerships with external databases to expand reach and impact.

**Measure, Optimize & Iterate

Track, analyze, and report on the performance of content campaigns using key metrics to ensure continuous improvement. Use customer insights, product performance data, and market trends to refine marketing strategies and enhance content effectiveness.

**Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team

Manage and mentor a dynamic content team, fostering a collaborative environment where creativity and data-driven decisions drive success.
Set clear goals and KPIs, providing feedback and opportunities for professional growth.
Recruit and develop top content talent to strengthen team capabilities.

**Your Profile

**Proficiency in Spanish **(C2) is a must, Fluent in English is nice to have but not essential.
Extensive Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role – preferably in the tech industry. Experience in a B2B marketing environment is a plus.
Content, Storytelling and Copywriting Expertise: Experience producing premium, high-impact content like reports, ebooks, or research pieces.
Performance Insight: Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and tools to measure content success.
Creative and Strategic Thinking: The ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work and motivate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in developing content that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand narrative.
