Since 1972 we have had an operational center in Spain, whose headquarters are in Cornellà de Llobregat we have offices in Tarragona, Madrid, Castellón, A Coruña, Huelva and Algeciras, in order to provide a service of proximity and maximum quality to all our clients.If you are motivated by this transformation in the industry and wants to develop your talent to build a more sustainable future, contact us!We are currently seeking a Senior Contract Engineer to join the team based in Barcelona.Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:• Advise project managers and provide recommendation and ensure contract management all along projects• Prepares and consolidates complex analysis of contract conditions, issues, as well as risks and opportunities.• Accompanies project managers in the set-up of the project plan and align contract management plan• Supports other disciplines' relation with external partners and stakeholders• Executes contract management plan all along the projects• Identifies and administers changes that can affect term and cost• Monitor and analyze issues when they arise and deal with them, anticipate risks and grasp opportunitiesAbout YouUniversity level education / Recognized qualification to a degree level in Engineering discipline. Is preferable but not essential in lieu of work experience.At least 5 years of relevant work experience in contract projects.Technical background in engineering.Good understanding of project management and mastery of contract management.Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills. Effectiveness in determining customer needs, identifying solutions and communicating progress to customers.Fluent in Spanish and English.
