CONTROLLER FINANCIERO/REPORTING

You may be our next teammate!Here's what you'll find when you arrive :- A European group, subsidiary of a listed American company, in the B-to-B distribution sector, which will be able to feed your ambition by renewing the challenges.- A position within the Corporate Finance Iberia department, in regular contact with the reporting department and operational staff.- The opportunity to leave your mark by creating tools and processes from scratch;- A dynamic and caring manager who expects you to be autonomous and to make proposals;- A demanding and stimulating environment that encourages initiative.Reporting directly to the Head of Reporting, your role is to participate in the reliability of reporting to the group and the implementation of reporting to the subsidiary's general management, you will be responsible for the following tasks :- The role is to develop a process for centralising data from the entire scope, define and monitor relevant indicators and build steering tools.- Develop and monitor the closing process cycle, and participate in the monthly closings in close collaboration with the accounting department.- Provide monthly reports for the group and challenge them.- Be a driving force in optimising processes and tools for performance monitoring and closing process;You will shine if : Graduated of a 5-year degree from a business school, you have at least 5 years experience in finance in a company or in a "Big Four" audit firm.Your leadership qualities will enable you to be a driving force in the transformation of a dynamic company. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong critical mind and the ability to step back and make sense of what you analyse. You will be attracted to a changing environment and a constant desire to improve what already exists. You know how to structure and take initiatives.Assertive, humble and with excellent interpersonal skills, you will quickly find your place in the organisation, building trust with all your contacts.Curious and lively, you show a real interest in understanding the business. You are analytical, rigorous and highly organised.You must be fluent in English in order to communicate with the head office.
