With a breadth of experience across an extensive range of sectors, Hogarth offers the unrivaled ability to deliver relevant, engaging, and measurable content across all channels and media - both established and emerging.The number of channels at our fingertips; the need for speed; and the drive for mass personalisation, all mean that brands need different solutions.Our global team of over 7,500 craft and technology experts brings together creative, production and innovation to help clients navigate this exciting and ever-changing world of today’s content experience.Hogarth Spain is looking for an Creative Art capable of visualising concepts and developing communications and brand actions and advertising campaigns.ResponsibilitiesDefine the vision and creative direction of campaigns and projects.Develop innovative concepts that align with the brand's strategic objectives.Oversee the implementation of the brand's visual identity and tone across all communicationsFoster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and creative excellence.Identify development and training opportunities for the team.Work directly with clients to understand their needs, objectives and expectations.Present creative proposals, defending ideas with data, logic and strategic vision.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Ensure that creative work meets market standards of quality, originality and relevance.Oversee all stages of creative production, from initial concept to final delivery.Keep abreast of market trends, emerging technologies and consumer preferences.Incorporate market insights and data analysis to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.RequirementsAt least two years' experience in the design of advertising campaigns.Ability to adapt visualisations to the different graphic styles required for each piece, campaign or communication element.Be fast and effective, with the ability to work in a team and initiative to propose innovative ideas.Coordination with the rest of the departments for the execution of the campaigns.Studies in Advertising, Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, Fine Arts or similarHandling of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign)Art and design portfolioHigh level of spoken and written EnglishCONDITIONSDynamic and creative work environmentInternational company with great growth projectionFull-time incorporation with flexible working hoursFace-to-face work with the possibility of teleworkingAccess to trainingLife and accident insuranceAccess to flexible remuneration planDiversity & InclusionHogarth is an equal-opportunity employer.
