CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER - BARCELONA ONLY

SLAPS Creative is looking for a Barcelona-based Junior Creative Project Manager to join our team.The Project Manager is instrumental in bringing the SLAPS projects to light. This person is passionate about advocating for clients, understanding their needs and translating it to an internal team to ensure client satisfaction. The project manager would oversee key client projects from ideation through to completion.We are looking for a process junky, someone who is highly organized and loves to see visions come to reality successfully. The types of projects this person will manage will vary greatly, from social media management to entire brand strategy and campaign development. This person will also manage freelancers, vendors, and help the SLAPS team deliver the highest possible quality of work.The Project Manager will be working into the Project Lead, supporting on larger campaigns and managing smaller ones independently. Key Responsibilities:- Lead key client projects across diverse industries, from CPG to entertainment, ensuring they meet high creative standards, deadlines, and budgets.- Collaborate closely with internal teams, freelancers, and vendors to deliver top-tier work that exceeds client expectations.- Support the Project Lead on larger campaigns while independently managing smaller projects.- Implement and streamline processes to optimize project efficiency and quality.- Act as the central communication point, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.Ideal Candidate:- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.- Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- 1-2 years of project management experience in an agency.- Proficiency in project management tools and software.Why Join Us:- Join a dynamic and creative team passionate about shaping the future of branding and storytelling.- Work on exciting projects spanning various industries, from food and beverage to innovative tech.- Opportunities for career growth and development within a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
