disputes, complaints) Review and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers Review credit limits and approve limits up to 250K EUR Update M3 master data Block and unblock customer orders/accounts according to the Credit & Collection guidelines Review the initial setup of any collateralisation instruments offered to customers Prepare and review accounts receivable reports and alerts Monitor payment terms and Commercial compliance to the company's customer payment term policy Recommend monthly provisions for specific doubtful debt to our accounting & controls colleagues Collaborate with Commercial/Sales and Customer Service in the maintenance and management of their portfolios/customer accounts Recommend monthly provisions for specific and doubtful debts to Accounting & Control Hand-over and manage any legal reclaim actions against customers in collaboration with company's legal department Support Treasury within company's factoring operations ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Bachelor degree in Insurance or equivalent by experience At least 2 years prior experience in insurance rol English - proficient verbal & writing Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Office and SAP Thorough knowledge of the insurance product and market Thorough knowledge of general finance and accounting concepts.
