Engagement & Culture Specialist Location.
Aachen, Germany Contract.
Full-time, unlimited Our Engagement & Culture Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of initiatives to increase employee engagement and motivation throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
The aim is to make the corporate culture tangible through initiatives at different points of the employee lifecycle and to ensure long-term loyalty.
Responsibilites.
Support and conceptual development of our New Employee Orientation at the Aachen location and virtually for EMEA, in order to integrate new employees directly into our culture and gain an insight into our processes of a medical technology company Designing and implementing initiatives to strengthen corporate values and culture that promote emotional loyalty to the company Evaluation of the initiatives implemented to increase employee loyalty and motivation along the entire emp loyee lifecycle Development, active support and evaluation of an internal engagement community for employee retention through networking and exchange Monitoring and evaluation of business sponsorship Conceptual and content-related further development to promote employee engagement in coordination with other departments Support in communication and for events for employee resource groups in collaboration with the relevant leaders, including Human Resources Qualifications You have a degree in economics, business psychology or a comparable degree You have several years of professional experience in the field of engagement or corporate culture You have sound knowledge of project management from concept development to evaluation Practical experience in communicating cultural values and content as well as in communicating change processes is an advantage Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with employees at all levels You are creative, committed and have a high level of passion for your area of responsibility Your way of working is characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility, organizational skills and flexibility Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English Strong use of MS Office round off your profile - For more than 130 years, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) has been a part of our cultural fabric at Johnson & Johnson and woven into how we do business every day.
