Purpose of the role Join our EMEA Digital team as the Customer Acquisition Lead, where you will work closely with Digital Experience Leads and EMEA marketing teams to enable and promote the adoption of best practices, establish governance frameworks, and ensure consistent execution of multi-channel acquisition campaigns helping to optimize customer acquisition strategies, driving performance and enhancing digital capabilities across the region.
The role focuses on both Consumer and Healthcare Professional (HCP) audiences, aiming to drive customer growth, conversions, retention and maximize the impact of digital channels.
What to expect.
Regional Strategy Development.
Work in partnership with HCP & Patient Experience Owners and markets to enable the creation and optimization of digital customer acquisition strategies for the EMEA region, working collaboratively with local markets to tailor initiatives that drive growth across both Consumer and HCP segments.
Subject Matter Expertise & Governance.
Partner with local market teams to develop and implement effective customer acquisition strategies ensuring best practices and governance are integrated across multiple channels including paid search (PPC), paid social, email, programmatic, and display advertising—while tailoring these strategies to meet the unique needs and insights of each market.
Partnership Management.
As part of a digital steer co foster strategic partnerships with regional and local media agencies, leveraging technology partners such as Google, Meta and other digital platforms, as well as internal teams to enhance performance in media buying, campaign execution, and innovation.
Centre of Excellence Leadership.
Establish and lead a regional Centre of Excellence (CoE) for digital customer acquisition, fostering a Community of Practice that drives collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of best-in-class strategies and tools.
Cultivate a learning environment where market teams can share insights, exchange ideas, and build a deeper understanding of digital acquisition techniques.
Education & Market Adoption.
Drive education and awareness of acquisition strategies across the region by hosting regular training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
Ensure local market teams understand and adopt regional strategies, tools, and best practices, empowering them to execute more effective acquisition campaigns.
Provide ongoing support to build capabilities within local teams.
SEO & Messaging Alignment.
Work in close collaboration with SEO Lead to ensure unified messaging, seamless integration of acquisition efforts across search engines, and consistent customer engagement across all digital touchpoints.
Data-Driven Optimization.
Ability to leverage and exploit insights, research, data and analytics from across the region, in partnership with the Digital Analytics & BI Team, to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ‘Metrics that Matter.’ Use actionable insights to continuously optimize acquisition strategies and drive measurable growth.
Innovation & Experimentation.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends by exploring and testing new acquisition channels, tactics, and technologies and establishing use cases with markets.
Implement innovative solutions that drive sustainable customer acquisition and engagement growth.
Performance Alignment & Results.
Collaborate with local market teams and their media agency partners to ensure acquisition campaigns align with regional and global business objectives, meet performance targets, and drive measurable outcomes across the region.
Support Business Initiatives.
Partner with markets to develop, design and implement regional digital acquisition use cases that align with key business initiatives, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure all initiatives contribute to long-term customer engagement and growth.
Digital Strategy Development.
Lead the co-creation of digital acquisition strategy that supports the strategic imperative of new wearer growth, utilizing innovative technology and digital platforms to attract new customers and elevate acquisition efforts across EMEA.
Qualifications Who are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and growth, preferably in a healthcare, consumer products, or B2B/B2C environment.
Proven track record of driving successful customer acquisition strategy across digital channels such as email, social, paid search, programmatic and display, Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including campaign planning, media buying, regional agency management and performance optimization.
Experience managing relationships with media agencies, platforms and third-party vendors.
Excellent collaboration and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and present acquisition strategies to senior leadership.
Pro-active problem-solving abilities with a passion for data-driven decision-making and audience targeting.
Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and PPC platforms.
Positive, committed attitude with a willingness to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.

This position is located in Dublin, Ireland, and involves less than 10% domestic travel.
