Tasks
Accurately taking care of the order processing, delivery creation, and shipment processing
Support Customers through a prompt resolution to issues regarding stock availability, sales orders, shipment status, product and services
Build strong customer relationships
Receive and process sales orders
Follow up on order status and order book maintenance
Attending trade shows
Requirements
1 year of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales Support
Ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with different stakeholders
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Detailed-oriented and proactive
Great organizational skills, proactivity, and desire to develop
Native level of French
Full Professional level of English
