Our Customer Care Agent will be based in Barcelona.


Availability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.
What will your responsibilities be?In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our customer service department, managing everything from inquiries to insights. Here's a glimpse of what your days will look like:Customer Service Excellence:
Manage customer inquiries across multiple channels, including email, live chat, and WhatsApp, providing tailored recommendations and solutions.
Handle customer reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot and Google, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and ratings.
Process returns and resolve order-related issues efficiently.
Order Management:
Coordinate with the Warehouse and Ecommerce Teams to edit orders, resolve technical issues, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Oversee order tracking and proactively address any issues with missing or damaged items.
Customer Insights and Strategy:
Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and propose improvements to products and services.
Collaborate with other teams to share insights and drive strategies that elevate the customer experience.
Process Optimization and Crisis Management:
Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency and response times.
Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring complex cases are resolved effectively.
Office Support:
Assist in daily office operations, including visitor reception, mail management, and ensuring a welcoming workspace for the team.
Requisitos mínimos What are we looking for?
Experience in customer service or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
A customer-first attitude and exceptional communication skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish; French or Italian is a plus.
A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
