With our digital DNA, we thrive on challenges, love to think outside the box, and move with the times.Currently, we’re developing our Customer Experience department and we need a Customer Experience Agent (trainee).Would you like to join us? 👋What you’ll do:Liaising with customers and external partners to resolve issues by phone and email on topics such as reservations changes, cancellations or confirmations of orders, refunds, special requests, etc.Provide accurate, valid and complete information.Participate in new projects for which we need your help such as process improvement, Business continuity plan, etc.Resolving customer complaints, responding to phone calls and email requests and maintaining customer service records.What you will bring:You are studying Tourism or similar.You can sign an agreement with your University.Native/High French or ItalianHigh-Medium English level.Proficiency working with English and another European language is desirable.Basic knowledge when using Microsoft Office (including Excel).Good communication skillsPossitive atitudeAbility to work as part of a teamProblem-solving skillsExperience in Customer Service will be highly valuable.What we offer:Part-time schedule.Duration: 4-6 months.Possibility to stay 90% from home.Office located in the center of the city (Barcelona)Free coffee for our team!Friendly work environment.Working with a Multicultural team.Full Training Provided which includes classroom training and on the job training.Does this interest you?
