Bixoto is he e-commerce tech company that brings a new experience to online shopping: more personalized, human and sustainable.At Bixoto we are opening the French Market and we are looking for a talented person to develop our Customer Experience and Operations in the French market and help us growth Bixoto internationally. 🚀In this role, you will work hand by hand with the two co-Founders, the Purchasing and Operations Manager, and the Customer Experience Spain team to help us in our mission of creating the future of the e-commerce and take our customers the highest satisfaction levels.We are looking for someone who wants to get involved and contribute innovative ideas that truly impact the business's future, mastering our operations, and helping us achieving the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.🚀 Your main tasksAccompany our customers during the purchasing process through our different communication channels, ensuring that contact is made according to the Bixoto culture and resolving any doubts, questions or suggestions they may have.Help our customers in a personalized way to resolve the different incidents that may occur with their order through our different communication channelsPropose and implement improvements that allow increasing customer satisfactionManagement and optimization of the established logistics processes to guarantee their efficiencySupervision and coordination of product deliveries in the central warehouse and resolution of possible incidents that occur during the logistics processes (missing items, products in poor condition, product identification, etc.)Create content for our website and our Newsletter🧐 Your Profile You are a native or bilingual French speaker and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in SpanishYou like making things easier for customers and colleaguesYou know the digital world and e-commerce and you like digital environments.
