This represents a strategic opportunity for a Global Transformation through the iShift Program.
In alignment with the Global iShift Transformation Program, In this context the main duties are.
Implementation of the program in due time and according to overall program guidelines and roll-out methodology.
Implement the core model in the area of Customer Service Export processes in iShift, aligned with priorities defined in company global strategy.
Support and follow up roll-out and report regularly/ escalate to the stream and program management.
Perform project preparation, pre-scoping and scoping related activities, maturity assessment Identify key business requirements and perform gap analysis to the core model, co-ordinate action plan identified and follow its execution.
Collaborate according to the project phase to secure testing, training, cutover, Hypercare phase during roll-out according to Shift project RACI.
Maintain the project methodology along the implementation roadmap.
Collaborate with Program Management and the Core Functional Streams to bring full support to the roll-out teams Regularly report to management on status progress, issues and risks, escalate for arbitration.
Identify the Human organizational impacts and related action plan - detailed output of the assessment formalized, presented to GPL/GPO/BPO.
Complete and/or develop trainings approach and ensure the necessary training documentation is well maintained.
Provide expertise of existing business processes / SAP solutions Ensure the overall consistency of the design proposed for solution within his/her area of responsibility.
Ensure key decisions, sign-off well documented.
Act as project officer in the stream and support the entire team in O2S and SCI Creation and maintenance of Dashboards in Jira, Key Business roles mapping and update process flow chart in Signavio,
