A challenging job to inspire & nurture a better future, every day.What are we looking for? We seek a highly motivated and communicative Customer Growth Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing customer relationships and elevating our brand presence within our client base.Main tasks and responsibilities:Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to enhance visibility and strengthen relationships with our clients including strategies for customer retention.Plan and coordinate customer-focused events, including forums, round tables, and other events or ceremonies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and insights, translating them into actionable marketing initiatives.Create compelling marketing materials, products, and content to engage customers and reinforce brand messaging.Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, showcasing our products and services to existing and potential clients.Work closely with the Customer Success team to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.Monitor and analyze customer engagement metrics to measure marketing efforts' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.We would love to know more about you if you have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing or communications and preferably with customer-facing roles.Proficiency in English (C1-C2) and other languages will be considered a positive aspectExcellent communication (written and verbal) and editing skills to create engaging content and be able to articulate complex ideasStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and content.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships internally and externally.Basic experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, CRM tools such as Mailchimp, and design platforms like Canva or Figma is a plus.Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.What do we offer? Full-time, fixed contract (Monday to Friday).Headquarters in the heart of Madrid, Salamanca district.Hybrid mode and flexible working hours: Possibility to work remotely four days per week, though you're more than welcome to come to the office as much as you want.Remuneration depends on experience.
