Would you like to work in a leading company?Task and responsabilities:Handling of customers and dealer calls (approximately 20 calls per day)Calls transfer to an automatic satisfaction survey (target defined min. 50% and satisfaction of client/supplier 4,5 out of 5)Handling and follow up of customers and dealers via Microsoft Dynamics tool.Query Management originated within the SC business (via email or telephone).Follow-up of the queries received via phone call through Dynamics (within 48 hours).Analysis of customer accounts in SAP and ICON systems.Outgoing calls for customer/dealer clarification requests.Service contract administration tasks such as: contract activation, adaptation, transfer, prolongation, termination or suspension.Archive of the contracts in a digital platform (SCAT).Printing and sending out of welcome letters to customers.Duties on holidays when required and approved by the TL beforehandCompetences:Extraordinary oral and written communication skills.Problem solving and critical thinking skills.Outstanding collaboration skills with a proven ability to work cross teams to meet shared goals.Exemplary interpersonal skills.High quality and performance aspiration for oneself.Resilience and with ability to work under pressure and to manage stress.Proactive nature and flexibility to possible changes or new tasks and responsibilities.Proactive approach towards the clients and suppliers who are waiting for an answer from DGSM.Prepared to assume challenges efficiently and focused on fulfilling objectives.Methodical and organized.Attention to details.Oriented to targets and results.Multitasking.Persuasiveness and determination, with negotiation skills and high energy level.Qualifications & Required skills:Education - Business Administration Background or Tourism degree.Basic level and some experience in MS office tools, specially Excel.Multiple Languages.
