What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will.
Handle all calls and emails with professionalism and friendliness Create an environment in which customers feel welcome and comfortable Make efficiency the second priority behind giving a first-class service Work within the policies and processes set up by the bank Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you.
Are native or proficient in Danish and have an advanced level of English Are able to show how you have dealt with customers in the past - either in a face-to-face role or in a call centre Have experience of working with a number of IT systems at once Enjoy being part of a team but be able to take responsibility for each call or email that you answer If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
