Wat Ga Je Doen? Als Klantenservice Medewerker bij Specsavers zul je.
- Klanten helpen via telefoon, Live Chat en e-mail met vragen over bestellin - Telefoontjes van winkels afhandelen en deze correct registreren in ons ticketsysteem - Altijd streven naar een top klantenservice.
- Werken volgens de voorgeschreven procedures binnen het project - Eventueel doorgroeien naar het Social Media of Dedicated Service Team - Samenwerken met andere teamplayers en effectief communiceren via verschillende kanalen - Gestelde targets behalen.
Wat Breng Jij Mee? - Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels en kunt een opleiding in het Engels volgen - Je bent punctueel en betrouwbaar.
- Je hebt ervaring met computers en CRM-systemen en kunt hier gelijktijdig mee werken - Je bent proactief in het ontwikkelen van je kennis van onze diensten, procedures en producten - Je bent klantvriendelijk, geduldig en kunt ontevreden klanten professioneel en positief helpen - Je staat open voor een bruisende werkomgeving.
Wat Bieden Wij? - Competitief salaris van € bruto per jaar, plus tot € bruto per jaar aan bonussen - Betaalde opleiding en vakantie (4 weken + 4 losse dagen per kalenderjaar) - Volledig Spaans contract vanaf dag één.
