Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Atender y gestionar las consultas y solicitudes de los clientes de manera eficiente y profesional.
Proporcionar información precisa y detallada sobre los productos y servicios de la empresa.
Gestionar y resolver incidencias y reclamaciones de los clientes.
Mantener actualizados los registros y la documentación de los clientes.
Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
Tareas administrativas inherentes al puesto.
Condiciones de la oferta:
Contrato: Temporal, para cubrir una baja médica (aproximadamente un mes)
Dias y horarios: Lunes a jueves: 9:00 a 14:00 y de 15:00 a 18:00 Viernes: 8:00 a 15:00.
Salario: 12.15€ brutos/hora.
Ubicación:Tetuán, 28020 Madrid
Requisitos mínimos
Experiencia en atención al cliente.
Inglés intermedio.
Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Conocimientos de herramientas informáticas y software de gestión.
Orientación al cliente y trabajo en equipo.
Residencia en Madrid o alrededores.
