Como Agente de Atención al Cliente en nuestro Contact Center Receptivo, tus principales funciones serán.
Gestionar solicitudes diarias de clientes y proveedores relacionadas con reservas de alojamiento, traslados y servicios en destino.
Atender y resolver incidencias en destino (hoteles, traslados y excursiones) de manera eficaz y profesional.
Gestionar reservas rechazadas por proveedores y buscar soluciones adecuadas.
Colaborar con proveedores y otras áreas internas para garantizar un nivel de servicio óptimo.
Escalar y supervisar la resolución de incidencias más complejas.
Controlar posibles pérdidas derivadas de incidencias, adoptando medidas para mitigarlas.
