If you like working at home, this job is for you!INFO: The Schedule for the night-shift position is midnight (12:00 am) to 08:00 am (5 days/week) with 30 minutes of break.You will be expected to:Customer Service by phone, e-mail or social media for solving any incidents generated daily. All three are essential for resolving any incidents that arise on a daily basis.Managing and efficiently handling incoming calls and chats will be a critical aspect of this role to ensure efficient and high-quality communication with clientsProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersAs the resolutions of incidents are not constant, parallel work for the Department of Operations will be performed.Work schedule: 00:00 am - 8:00 am with 30 minute breakAbout you:Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions are highly valuable.Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred.High Korean level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or EnglishSkilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous tasks.Have good communication and interpersonal skills.Are a solution-oriented and reliable professional.Are incredibly detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills.Are flexible.
