CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AGENT with Dutch AND German No Experience neededHello!If you are a fan of the motor world, you will have already heard about us. Here we all contribute ideas, make decisions, and collaborate so that each customer feels unique, special, and fully satisfied with our service.Do you know how to understand customer needs and set management priorities?How can you identify and solve their needs while transmitting a brand image?Become one of our Customer Service Agents.The duties you will perform on a day-to-day basis are as follows: You will answer calls and respond to emails to customers and dealers;You will follow up with the customer until the final solution to their query;You will issue reminder calls and follow up on incidents, achieving maximum satisfaction;You will carry out database updates, report writing and reporting.We are looking for you if:You have an excellent command of English and you also have strong language skills bilingual and/or native in Dutch AND German.
