What you will be doing.
As a Customer Services Executive, you will be the crucial link between our products and the customers who need them.
You will manage customer orders and resolve issues promptly, ensuring world-class service standards.
Your role involves.
Processing customer orders accurately via Phone, Fax, JJCC Portal, EDI & Email, meeting delivery cut-off times.
Creating new accounts following Good Distribution Practice and TV-SOP-.
Ensuring compliance for exporting controlled drugs outside the UK with valid licences.
Addressing UK & Ireland patient demand proactively and managing stock availability issues.
Collaborating with 3PL partners to resolve day-to-day issues and improving delivery processes.

In addition to managing orders, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.
Ensuring daily operations comply with Sarbanes Oxley controls.
Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently, maintaining end-to-end ownership.
Supporting worldwide customer surveys to understand and meet customer needs better.
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve service processes.
Qualifications We would love to hear from you, if you have the following essential requirements.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and listening skills, vital for being the customer's first point of contact.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external partners.
Experience in customer service or a related field.
