CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPORT
Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Funciones.
-Gestionar pedidos de clientes de exportación.
-Coordinación con el departamento de compras y aprovisionamiento para asegurar la previsión y planificación de stocks para exportación.
-Coordinación con las distribuidoras del exterior.
-Coordinación con el departamento logístico para una correcta gestión del envío (transporte adecuado, ahorro de costes).
-Seguimiento de la facturación del pedido.
-Seguimiento de los embarques o envíos para informar a los clientes, manteniendo el contacto con aduanas para un correcto funcionamiento del proceso.
-Tramitación y seguimiento de la documentación de exportación a los clientes.
-Coordinar el envío de muestras y material publicitario a los clientes de exterior.
-Coordinación para la participación en ferias tanto nacionales como internacionales.
-Informes comerciales de ventas, gestión del archivo de documentación.
Requisitos -Dominio del idioma inglés (C1-C2).
-Español mínimo B2.
-Experiencia administrativa en departamentos como exportaciones, facturación, cobros o gestión de pedidos.
-Experiencia en la exportación de productos alimenticios y/o cárnicos preferentemente.
-Habilidad para la multitarea, dinamismo, trabajo en equipo y habilidad para organizarse y priorizar.
Se ofrece -Puesto estable, con contrato indefinido directamente por empresa.
-Horario.
40 horas semanales, de 8 a 16hrs.
de lunes a viernes.
