Customer Service tiene como objetivo atender y asesorar al cliente, para favorecer la venta, ayudándole a encontrar las mejores soluciones, desde la información de los productos hasta la entrega y posterior seguimiento del pedido. Conseguir la mayor satisfacción del cliente, guiándole en la resolución de cualquier incidencia en el proceso de venta. Transmitir una imagen positiva de la Compañía.Atención al cliente: recepción de llamadas.Preparación y seguimiento de presupuestos.Seguimiento de la cartera de clientes (particular/profesional).Servicio postventa. Atendiendo reclamaciones e incidencias.Gestión de e-mails. Recepción y respuesta a e-mails de los clientes.Gestión del chat dela página web.¿Qué deberás aportar?Estudios mínimos de graduado en ESO. Valorable formación en ciclos de Comercio y Marketing.Competencias digitales.Nativ@ en holandés o bilingüe.Experiencia mínima de 1 año en puestos de atención al cliente, comercial y/o ventas.Persona organizada, metódica, orientación al cliente, capacidad de comunicación, polivalencia y afán por aprender y desarrollarse en el ámbito de atención al cliente.💪 Tú puedes ser un@ REVOLUCIONARI@. Conveying a positive image of the Company.Customer service: reception of calls.Preparation and follow-up of quotations.Follow-up of the client portfolio (private/professional).After-sales service. Dealing with complaints and incidents.Management of e-mails. Receiving and replying to customer e-mails.Management of the website chat.What do you need to bring?Minimum education of ESO graduate.
