Funciones a realizar.
Atención telefonica a clientes.
Tramitacion de pedidos,introducción del pedido en sistema informático y seguimiento del mismo hasta su entrega final.
Gestión de incidencias.
Control de stock.
Elaboracion y envío de facturas a clientes.
En Adecco creemos en la igualdad de oportunidades y apostamos por el Talento Sin Etiquetas Requisitos Grado superior en Administración o similiar Experiencia en posiciones de customer service de al menos 6 meses.
Buen manejo de paquete office, principalmente Excel.
Valorable Inglés u otros idiomas (gallego, catalan, etc).
Disponibilidad para realizar turnos rotativos y servicio de guardia.

Jornada completa con turnos rotativos semanales de.
