El Grup actualment està format per dues empreses.
la principal, especialitzada en la fabricació de canonada modular industrial, i la segona, especialitzada en la fabricació de canonada modular per a la conducció i evacuació de fums.
Les funcions principals de la persona seran; -Recepcionar i obrir comandes i gestionar (si hi ha peculiaritats) el flux d’informació amb producció, logística i compres.
-Atenció al client i resolució de dubtes sobre terminis, acabats, articles… -Seguiment de pressupostos pendents d’acceptació -Resolució d’incidències Requisitos -CFGS O GRAU en àrees com ADE o empresarials, també valorable formació tècnica -IDIOMES.
Valorable Francès però no imprescindible, farà nacional.
-EXPERIÈNCIA.
Mínim 2 anys com a Customer Service, preferiblement en sector industrial -CONEIXEMENTS.
Domini paquet Office -COMPETÈNCIES.
Orientació al client, treball en equip, atenció al detall -RESIDÈNCIA PROPERA AL LLOC DE TREBALL (Girona / Olot / Garrotxa / Pla de l’Estany) -DEPENDÈNCIA.
Directora Servei Atenció Tècnica i al Client.
Se ofrece -Contracte estable i amb projecció -SALARI.
Màxim 24K, es podrà pujar més; depenent del que pugui aportar -HORARI.
Flexible.
Entrada entre les 7.
i les 8.
h, podent fer pausa per dinar des de mitja hora fins a una hora.
Per exemple; si entres a les h i dinar en mitja hora, surts a les 16h.
