Tienes experiencia como CS e introducción de pedidos? Vives en Barcelona y cuentas con disponibilidad inmediata? ¿Dónde vas a trabajar? Importante empresa familiar ¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? · Gestión de clientes nacionales y/o internacionales con atención telefónica y correo electrónico · Gestión del correcto envío de productos según requerimiento comercial · Registro en el sistema los pedidos de venta y presupuestos · Tramite de autorización de despacho y gestión de la documentación de exportación (para clientes internacionales) · Seguimiento con el departamento logístico y transportistas · Resolución de incidencias relacionadas con la gestión del pedido · Acompañamiento de post venta de los productos enviados · Seguimiento de cobros e impagos · Organización de ferias nacionales e internacionales junto a otros departamentos · Tareas administrativas generales de apoyo en organización de viajes, reuniones...
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Experiencia mínima de 2 años en departamento de customer service o tareas administrativas (imprescindible) Inglés B1-B2.
Valorable experiencia en sector fabricación, química, pharma.
Residencia en barcelona.
