CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

As the first point of contact for clients, you will provide essential support, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Resolve complaints and troubleshoot issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate product/service information to clients.
• Maintain and update customer records and manage client data efficiently.
• Generate reports, track KPIs, and analyze customer service performance data.
• Process orders, refunds, or exchanges as required.
• Trace the status of orders/backorders and coordinate with internal departments for order completion.
• Liaise between production and customers to efficiently address questions regarding deliveries and production schedules.
Requisitos Requirements.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience managing customer data and interactions, with proficiency in tools like SAP or similar systems.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to generate reports, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights.
• High proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong service orientation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proactivity and initiative, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues independently.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
• Goal-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of achievement and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and active listening to respond to varying client demands and situations.
