El/la candidato/a deberá contar con conocimientos de productos financieros (renting, leasing y préstamos) y de operaciones de financiación.
Reportando al Responsable del equipo de Customer Service llevará a cabo las siguientes funciones.
Revisión de expedientes de operaciones previo a la contabilización y el pago.
o Documentación contractual o Facturas o Garantías o Documentación legal.
Alta de las operaciones en los sistemas internos y órdenes de pago.
Gestión de servicios asociados a las operaciones (mantenimiento y seguro).
Gestión y elaboración de documentación relativa a las operaciones en cartera.
Subrogaciones, Novaciones y Cancelaciones anticipadas.
Facturación y remesas.
Gestiones con Notarías y RBM.
Atención al cliente.
Requisitos - Experiencia de al menos 1 año en áreas de Customer Service, Sales Support, Back Cffice u Operaciones en Entidades Financieras.
- Conocimientos de Renting y Leasing.
