CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATIONS WITH FLUENT ENGLISH (MADRID)

At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a Customer service Operations Specialist.Are you passionate about the world of new technologies? Do you have experience in Customer interaction tracking and management? Then this is your job!Our vision for our future Customer service Operations Specialist will play a key role in the success of the business, ensuring that our customer receive the best possible experience.As the Customer service Operations Specialist, you will be working with a truly dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Customer service team to improve our internal processes and providing valuable feedback on product performance.Main responsibilities:Diligently follow up with customers, especially when an issue cannot complex be resolved quickly and provide update throughout resolution process. Develop improvement actions in a timely manner, coordinate related departments to solve problems, and close the issue in a timely manner;Monitor ongoing customer interactions, ensuring customer needs are being met and services are aligned.Review the data collected from VOC tools to modify it with the right classify, to keep the tool improve classification accuracy.Identify common top issues, analyze root causes, and develop improvement plans until they all closed.Requirements:Minimum 2 years working experience and 1 year relevant experience in similar backgroundFamiliar with working in a multi-culture environment with excellent communication skills.Proficient in office software applications, Word and Excel.Good English proficiency plus a strong relevant native language.Conditions of the positionContract Type: Indefinite with us.Location: Madrid. 100% on-siteSchedule: Monday to Thursday 9:30- 18:30 and Friday 9:30 - 16:00Salary range: 21.000-28.000€.200€ per month in restaurant card.Grow and evolve with us!
