As a Customer Service Sales Representative on our team, you will.

Have a proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced level of English Have minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail or retail Have knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc) Are Customer Driven, motivated to work in sales, opportunistic in creating sales leads Can conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs Have exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills Have working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications.
