As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, with a strong focus on first-contact resolution to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Fluent in Turkish with exceptional grammar and spelling.
Strong English Proficiency.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
