- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Italian and advanced level of English.
- Have minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail or retail - Have knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc) - Are Customer Driven, motivated to work in sales, opportunistic in creating sales leads - Can conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs - Have exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills - Have working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications.
