The SOCS Specialist is responsible for rolling forecast coordination between customers and internal operations, delivery, account checking, invoice management and so on.
Key Accountabilities.
Sales forecast and sales order management.
Monthly delivery plan coordination, timely communication with the sales and logistics solutions.
Monthly analyze schedule achievement and sales forecast accuracy.
Customers’ Warehouse receiving.
Capacity investigation, customers’ visit, customer satisfaction improvement.
Continuous improvement and optimization of daily work.
Account checking and invoice management.
Other duties as relevant to the position.
Qualifications & Requirements.
College graduate.
Three~ five years working experience in CS, purchasing, logistics, operations related.
Strong statistics and analytical skills, data sensitive.
Ability to effectively work cross functionally and good communication skill.
Key Competencies.
Good oral and written English skills.
Working knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP.
Customer focus and service oriented, Strong sense of responsibility.
