Descripción de la oferta de empleo
- Coordinar la apertura de cuentas de clientes con el equipo de ventas
- Mantener la base de datos de cliente actualizada tanto de altas como de bajas
- Introducir las condiciones logísticas y promociones en los sistemas informáticos, coordinando la integración de los mismos.
- Supervisar el envío de facturas y notas de crédito a los clientes según las diferentes modalidades, identificando anomalías y coordinar su resolución
-Seguir el pago de cuentas de facturación centralizadas y de los recordatorios necesariosPensamos en una persona que reúna las siguientes características:
- Experiencia previa de 2-3 años en un puesto similar.
- Conocimiento del proceso de envío
contacto con proveedores, logística, comercial, stock, central, etc...
- Manejo de SAP y Excel avanzado.
- Francés nativo/bilingüe.
- Inglés avanzado.
